Anticorrosion Engineering has 14 professional work teams, 45 engineers, 300 technical workers as well as whole set of standard analysis and inspection instrument and over 2000 various tools and machines. We comply with strict quality management regulations and quality assurance system, passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and acquired State Anticorrosion Engineering Certificate (Second Class) and Safety Certificate.
 
Anticorrosion and sealing engineering by means of NC-3 resin with advantage as below:
1. High flexibility and adhesiveness of coating;
2. Low decomposability under UV, good anti-aging ability, long life cycle (>15 years);
3. Prevention moisture infiltrate through concrete by close concrete capillary;
4. Isolation corrosive element to protect concrete and reinforcing steel bars;
5. Low cost.
Thermal spraying stainless steel on power plant deaerator :
1. Sand-blasting instead of handwork to completely remove rust from surface;
2. Thermal spraying metal primer to increase adhesiveness and protect deaerator base metal;
3. Thermal spraying stainless steel layer to form excellent adhesive layer with primer and prevent moisture infiltration;
4. Hole blocking utilizing heat resistance paint that was developed by our company with advantage of good heat resistance, moisture proof and long life cycle.
5. In comparison with organic coating thermal spraying stainless steel anticorrosion has the advantage of low cost including annual anticorrosion work and manpower expenses. It reduces cost by 60% in comparison with carbon steel deaerator replacement and 90% in comparison with stainless steel deaerator replacement.
Thermal spray metal ceramic and alloy on heated surface of boiler
1. Isolation between tube wall surface and environment to prevent corrosion;
2. Preventing boiler tube broken due to corrosion to reduce broken rate by 43%;
3. Coating of high anticorrosion, anti-abrasion, high adhesive strength and long lifecycle;
4. Large protection area, reducing retubing ratio, capable of replacing or recovering aluminizing tubular.
Metal surface repair technology
1. Clean and complete surface treatment by sand-blasting;
2. Using repair materials developed by XPTC featuring in high speed, completely drying, high adhesiveness and long lifecycle
