1.1 Technical strength
Our company has experienced experts who are undertaking the condenser work for many years and a group of young engineers with rich experience for designing, workmanship, manufacturing and project managing. We take the standard of for Steam Surface Condenser made by American Heat Exchange Institute, INC. ( HEI) and the China National Standard for Steam Turbine Surface Condenser ( JB/T10085) as our design base to calculate energy, resistant, curve, manufacturing and test for hand-in. Our company had designed and manufactured a lot of condensers in the power pant with bi quantity of performing samples.
1.2 Product design
a. It can be compatible with 0.75MW-300MW turbine with condensate area of 200- 20000 m2 ;
b. Water box and division plate use KHS-1 type condenser anti-corrosion glue for anti-corrosion treatment;
c. Tubesheet uses Q235 or stainless compound plate;
d. Condensate pipe uses stainless steel;
e. The size of the stainless steel pipe: outer dia.: 16mm-30mm with wall thickness of 0.5mm- 2.0mm; Stainless steel raw material uses the ones imported from Japan and Korea to ensure the quality; Use ASTM standard for producing and checking. All the work procedures are supervised according to the ISO9001 for Quality management.
1.3 Service Pattern
a. Coordinately assist the customer to choose the best index for the condenser according to the site condition;
b. Provide a best design program after calculation all the index of each condenser;
c. assist the customers to acknowledge the current situation both at home and abroad to provide the advanced service including components, material and technique.
d. Make a strict time-table of the work points for the customers to understand the current process of information, design and manufacturing.
e. Timely arrange customers to visit our work site.
f. During the construction, assign engineers with rich experience to the site to supervise the installation, commissioning work and treat any problems occurred during the work period according to the requirement of the customers.
g. After the completion of the work, free technical consulting and guiding work will be provided when the condensers are under performing.

Manufacturing tubesheet, division plate and other accessories for the condensers
Our company has many sets of advanced large digital control drill machine, milling machine and turning machine for division plate manufacturing with advanced technical strength and big manufacturing capacity formed a digital control as a main pattern. By this pattern, the the producing efficiency has been improved , ensured the advanced technology during the manufacturing and at the same time ensured the coaxiality.
3£®Professional Construction Program
Our company has performed the design, manufacturing, technical reform and installation of condenser and heat exchange and the replacement work of condensate tube, anticorrosion sealing in thermal power plant for 15 years. The company consists of engineering department with 15 professional working teams for condenser construction including more than 45 medium & senior technical staff , more than 300 special skill workers and equipped with professional use detection instrument and all kinds of construction tools for more than 2000 sets.
Technical engineers visit site and design a preferred plan according to the site actual situation of the unit capacity. After making the preferred plan, a team of professional engineers and workers will perform the construction work according to the content, workmanship, safety measures and the National Standard DL5011-92 specified in the Contract Condition to ensure the work to be completed in time and in excellent work quality. During a long period, our company has accumulated plenty quantity of working experience of the design and technical reform for condenser, heat exchanger and condensate pipe replacement. We perform the work by using short work period , low cost and best work quality.
Condenser Reform Workmanship Process:
a. Fix the temporary support for the condenser shell
b. Dismantle the gate cover of the water box of the condenser
c. Dismantle the used condensate pipe
d. Dismantle the old tubesheet, division plate and other accessories
e. Recheck the condenser shell dimension
f. Inner part of the condenser cleaning and polishing
g. Install the new tubesheet , division plate and accessories
h. Adjust the coaxial level
i. Install the new condensate pipe
